Louie Centanni is the writer of one self-published novel, the dark and suspenseful A Couple of Unorthodox Love Affairs (2010), and several short stories. His latest project, a humor novel entitled The Most Recent Testament is seeking representation.

He was born in Chicago, IL and raised in San Diego, CA. His parents, Lou and Del, were both educators, as is his sister Maria. His brother, Joey (known affectionately as "Joey Bagga Donuts") coaches baseball. Louie graduated with a B.A. in English from Trinity University (San Antonio, TX) in 2007 and an M.F.A. in Fiction from San Diego State University in 2014.

In addition to writing fiction, he also teaches English, Rhetoric, and Composition at San Diego State University and San Diego Mesa College. On the side, he croons the songs of Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Nat King Cole, and other greats of the era. When he's not doing any of these things, he's likely watching standup comedy, Chicago Cubs baseball, Chicago Blackhawks hockey, or Chicago Bears football.
